Parent Orientation for the SATURDAY Session Participants will be Tuesday, August 30, at 7:30 PM in Church.
Family Catechesis and Home Study sessions are scheduled on a month by month basis to accommodate the schedules of the families involved. For the opening session for 2011-12 will be Tuesday, September 6, at 7:00 PM in church.
The schedule for Saturday sessions is listed below.
Saturday 9:00 to 11:30 AM
Session 1 - September 10, 2011
Session 2 - September 24, 2011
Session 3 - October 1, 2011; Blessing of Pets follows at 12:30 PM (note new time)
Session 4 - October 15, 2011
Catechetical Conference is October 21/22 at Drury Lane in Oak Brook (for catechists and teachers)
Session 5 - October 29, 2011
November 5 is Richards High School Testing Date for eighth grade
Session 6 - November 12, 2011
Session 7 - November 19, 2011
Session 8 - December 3, 2011
Session 9 - December 10, 2011; Family Reconciliation in church at 9:30 AM
Christmas and New Year's Break
January 14 is the Catholic High School Testing date for eighth grade
Please note there are TWO consecutive sessions in January
Session 10 - January 21, 2012
Session 11 - January 28, 2012
Session 12 - February 11, 2012
Session 13 - February 25, 2012
Session 14 - March 10, 2012; Family Reconciliation at 9:30 in church
Session 15 - March 25,26,27 2012 (new) Family Parish Mission (families will have a choice of evening session; each evening will begin at 7:00 PM)
Session 16 - April 14, 2012; Final session will end at 11:00 AM from church
First Reconciliation is scheduled for Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at 7:00 PM
Confirmation is scheduled for Sunday, April 29, 2012 at 3:00 PM with Bishop Wypych
First Eucharist is scheduled for Saturday, May 12, 2012 at 10:30 AM
